Instructions to the employees for exercise option in online

Maximum Extended Time for Online options is 06-06-2018 12:00 PM further to that no extension will be given

EMPLOYEES TO BE TRANSFERED

  • No person shall be eligible for transferred before completion of two years of service as on 31.05.2018.
  • Two years of service need not be applicable to the persons on spouse grounds.
  • Two years of service need not be applicable to the persons provisionally ordered to service in new districts.
  • No person shall be retained beyond 5 years of service in a particular station as on 31.05.2018.
  • The person who is retiring before 31.05.2019 shall not be transferred unless they make a specific request for their transfer.

PRIORITY CRITERIA

  1. Husband and wife cases-one of the spouse
  2. Retiring before 31.05.2019 - in case of their option for transfer.
  3. Disability of 70% or more - Certified by a competent authority.
  4. Mentally retarted Children - to a place where medical facilities are available.
  5. Widows - appointed under compassionate appointment scheme.
  6. Medical grounds - either self/spouse/dependent children/dependent parents.(But not in-laws)

    Preference order - CANCER /NEUROSURGERY / KIDNEY TRANSPLANTATION / LIVER TRANSPLANTATION / OPEN HEART SURGERY / BONE TB

  7. Working in hardship areas - Identified by the department.
  8. Longer Service in a hardship area.

QUALIFICATION SERVICE & CRITERIA

Service in all cadres at as station will be counted while calculating the period of stay.

Station means place of City, Town, Village of actual working for the purpose of transfers and not office or institution.

Office bearers of employees Unions recognized by the Govt.

Focal to no-focal and vice versa - Identified by the department.

PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFERS

List of Employees- shall be publish category wise, cadre wise in all the Units along with place and duration.

List of Clear Vacancies-shall be publish before seeking options.

Compulsory Transferred List of employeesshall be publish before seking options

Obtain upto five optionsfrom the employees

Ensure that minimum operational staff is available in each unit-even in the hardship areas

Adequate personnel do not opt for hardship area- Lottery system shall be followed

NOTE:1.All transfers shall be effected with the approval of the committees constituted vide G.O,Ms. No. 61, Dt. 24.05.2018 of the FINANCE(HRM.I) DEPARTMENT.

2.Any employee have submitted false information or information kept in hide, action may be taken as per the rules and he/she may be transfer to hardship or any other places without offering they preference option.
